You should not dwell on this if it bothers you...

Angels and Demons can't cross over into our plane. I call them half-breeds. The influence peddlers. They can only whisper in your ears. A single word can give you courage, or turn your favorite pleasure into your worst nightmare. Those with the demon's touch and those part angel, living alongside you. I call it the balance

We all become aware of our own mortality at times. When your alloted timespan is up you'll be leaving. Not before and not after and not one second of worry will change that, so why worry?

Sounds like you might be suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). See a psychologist or a psychiatrist. They can get you the treatment you probably need.

Go get help, real help, not Yahoo Answers help. If you don't want to take meds, go find a counselor. There is no need for you to feel like this.

You fear death probably because you fear the unknown. Those of us who have confidence in our salvation believe that death is just a transition from this life to a better place. We believe we have a place with God that has been prepared for us through unmerited favor just by our belief in Jesus Christ. We believe that he covers our sins with his shed blood and intercedes for us with the father at all times. He gives us peace.
I say with Dr. Martin Luther King, "Everybody wants to live a long life. Longivity has its place...but I have been to the mountain top...mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord."
I want to live long enough to be satisfied in this life. Life is a struggle and I may not ever get that, but I do know with all my heart and faith that death will be better than this life. We cling to life for the reason I stated, we want to be satisfied. If you are under a great deal of stress right now you may naturally think about the worst possible outcome...death. I urge you to go back to the health provider that gave you the medications you have to ease your panic attacks. You need to engage in talk therapy to discover the underlying reasons for your discomfort and fear about dying. I also urge you to accept Christ if you haven't and if you have to reaffirm your faith. Talk to God. He is just a prayer away.
God bless you. I hope you'll feel better soon.

Jesus gives peace that passes all understanding. Receive Jesus in your heart and He will take away all fear.

    READ:

"Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is , the devil and might FREE THOSE WHO THROUGH FEAR OF DEATH were subject to slavery all their lives."
    Hebrews 2-14:15

I am not paranoid about death. Yes i think knowing 2 people that have passed away is contributing to your panic attacks. However I think there is more going on in your life that is making you think this way. Perhaps if you could go and talk to someone who is trained in listening--- would help you.
My feelings are, sometimes life isn't what we think it should be-the good we love and the not so good depress's us. when depression sets in , its hard to overcome. I speak of depression because I think you are depressed along with having panic attacks. I think you should fill your mind with good thoughts, go to the book store and find a book about panic attacks and how to overcome them... you can do it , I know you can.Its hard work. Again find a good counselor....Hers a saying on my calendar:
"yesterday is like a cancelled check. Tomorrow is a promissory note. TODAY is like ready cash. Use it wisely, for today is the most percious possession you can have".....
