I live in Daegu.
The thing is about Korea... everyone is a specialist. You could actually go to a psycologist if you wanted to. I always went to an "internal medicine' doctor... that is the closest you will find to a general doctor.
Another think about Korea... doctors are cheap (by US standards) because insurance companies and malpractice suits have not forced price jacking (can you tell how I feel about US medical care?). So, you can get good medical care for a fraction of the cost. Just seeing a doctor should cost less than 20,000 won. AND most doctors don't take apointments, so you just walk in... I never waited longer than about 10 minutes.
Have you ever been to a Chinese Doctor? THAT might be the best idea. It is safe and natural. Try it out. Why not?
With the plethora of good, cheap, medical care there is NO REASON not to see a doctor when you are sick. So, go now. :)

However, from my own experience, Korean doctors are only too happy to hand out pills and what not, so it's upto you whether you want to take any drugs.
Im not sure of any places that speak English, but a Traditional Hospital would be better (in my opinion), and they will give you a natural alternative.
They also do accupuncture, which is effective, as panic attacks derive from an imbalance in the nervous system. Could also have something to do with diet... so for your long term health, I would recommend to try something a little more natural first, and then work upwards from there.
Medicine they could give you for panic attacks might have side effects, and as you are not in your home country, you never can be 100% sure of exactly what they are giving you.
I too suffered from panic attacks, but I have had it under control since being in Korea. I really sympathise with you, as supermarkets and subways must be hell for you.
You could try massage too, to relax you. Once or twice a week. Try to cut down on caffeine and sugar. These things can make you tense too.
Green tea (powder form, not in the bags) is good for natural detox, and can be very helpful.
Good luck, I hope that you can overcome them.
