Just cool down for a while. Have a 5 minute break every now and then as you seem a bit overworked.

my best friend used to suffer from anxiety attacks and she like you hated the physical and mental affects. she learned that to escape the things she feared she would concentrate on something else anything!!!! as long as its something u enjoy ! and your breathing excersises are very important aswell as this will help stop the physical affects!! but if you are struggling with this job so much i would reconsider why you took it in the first place maybe then you can help stop your anxiety!! hope that helps x x

Biofeedback, stop and think of something pleasureable or a scene in your mind. Concentrate on that instead of thinking about going to work.

You are on the right track with the breathing excercises.

You should calm down take a few deep breathes........ I think you should ask a doctor about this because it isn't normal..... I get anxiety before school sometimes but thats because I am nervous about a test but u shouldn't be going through thats for no reason

What is happening to you is not all that uncommon, and just admitting that you are having difficultly with a particular situation is a good place to start. If you have a history of social anxiety than you likely need to do more than breathing exercises. You may need to find good counsel and possibly a support group. If this problem is new to you then breathing, some constructive thinking and prayer could really help. I hope some of the advice on the link below will help. Good luck
